01Free Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No fees, no forms — simply send us a message on WhatsApp and we will confirm the cancellation.
02Changes to Your Booking
Changes to booking details — pickup time, date, hotel, passengers or luggage — are accepted whenever possible and subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible so we can accommodate your request.
03Flight Delays & Early Arrivals
Flight delays and early arrivals are NOT considered cancellations. We monitor all incoming flights and automatically adjust the pickup time — you don't need to do anything, and there is no extra charge.
04If You Cannot Find the Driver
If you cannot locate your driver at the airport, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp BEFORE leaving the arrivals area. Our team will guide you straight to the vehicle within minutes.
05No-Show
If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location and no contact is made with us during the complimentary waiting period, the booking will be considered a No-Show and is non-refundable.
06If We Cannot Provide the Service
In the rare case that Hurghada Treasures cannot provide the confirmed transfer service, you will receive a full refund of any amount already paid — or, if you prefer, a free reschedule at a time that suits you.
07How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule your transfer, contact us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as possible and include your booking name and pickup date.
