The simple rules that keep every Hurghada Treasures transfer smooth, safe and fair.

01Booking Requests
You can request a booking through our website form or on WhatsApp. A request is not yet a confirmed booking — it becomes binding only once we reply with a written confirmation.
02Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation on WhatsApp or by email including the pickup date, time, vehicle type and price.
03Fixed Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are fixed at the time of confirmation. The confirmed price includes the vehicle, professional driver, fuel, tolls and taxes. There are no hidden fees.
04Airport Meet & Greet
Our driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you clear customs so we can guide you to the vehicle.
05Flight Monitoring
We monitor your flight number and automatically adjust pickup timing for delays or early arrivals. There is no extra charge for reasonable schedule changes.
06Driver Waiting Time
At the airport our driver waits up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed at no extra charge. For hotel and city pickups our driver waits up to 15 minutes free of charge. Beyond these times a small waiting fee may apply.
07Hotel Pickups
For hotel pickups please be ready in the main lobby at the agreed time. Our driver will identify themselves with your name; please confirm before entering the vehicle.
08Vehicle Assignment
The vehicle is assigned based on the number of passengers and luggage items in your booking. We reserve the right to upgrade or substitute the vehicle with an equivalent or better model when necessary.
09Passenger & Luggage Responsibility
You are responsible for declaring the correct number of passengers and luggage items at booking. If the actual load exceeds what was booked, we may need to arrange an additional or larger vehicle at extra cost.
10Child Seats
Child and booster seats are available on request, subject to availability. Please mention the age and number of children when booking so we can prepare the right equipment.
11Payment Methods
Payment is made directly to the driver in cash (EUR, USD or EGP) at the end of the transfer, unless another method has been agreed in writing.
12Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup information — hotel name, room number, flight number, pickup time and passenger details. Incorrect information may lead to delays or additional charges.
13Driver Responsibilities
Our drivers are licensed professionals who will arrive on time in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle, drive safely and courteously, help with luggage and follow the agreed route.
14Lost Property
Please check the vehicle for personal belongings before leaving. Items found by the driver will be kept safely for up to 14 days. Return shipping, if requested, is at the customer's expense.
15Safety
All passengers must wear seatbelts. Children must be seated safely. Smoking, alcohol consumption and pets are not permitted in the vehicle unless previously agreed.
16Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, road closures, strikes, government restrictions or emergencies.
17Booking Changes
You may change the date, time or pickup location of your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability. Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible.
